Broken Throttle body

Hey guys, I just got my LT1 Intake yesterday, and when I unpacked it, there is a part broken on the Holley 52 MM TB. Its a black piece on the left side, I don't know what its called but here is a picture of it. I don't have a digi cam, so I had to scan it.

My question is- should I contact Holley and get a replacement or can I use the one from my stock TPI TB?

Thanks

Looks to me like the throttle position sensor...

I'd contact Holley and get a new one.

Thank you very much. I have another question- the intake is red and I would like to polish it. Is it safe to sandblast it? What should I mask off if I do?
