Lifter or Cam problem

I was just doing some work on my car and had to readjust my rockers and i just knowticed on my #5 cylinder the rocker is not moving nearly as far as the rest. I just had this cam ground for me last year. It is a small base Cam (Specs Below). What do you guys think the problem is. Rounded off cam or Crushed lifter? Kind of wierd if just one lobe rounded off like that. I only have about 250 miles on it.

* Advertised duration: 268 intake/280 exhaust
* Duration at .050 in. cam lift: 224 intake/230 exhaust
* Gross valve lift: .479 in. intake/.480 in. exhaust
* Lobe separation: 112 degrees
* RPM range: 1,800 to 5,800

I'd pull the rocker and stick a dial indicator on there to check the actual lobe lift. It is possible to wipe out one cam lobe if there is binding or a different valve train problem.
