Moroso oil pan ??

I have the Moroso 8 1/4 in oil pan on my 406. My question is . Will this be ok in my 89. Also, the seller claims it is an eight quart pan. All I can find that looks like the pan I have , says 7qrts plus the filter. It has a melling pump with a stock style P/U welded on...is this ok with this pan? He included a moroso 8 1/4 p/u that is new in the package... doesnt look like it sits any lower...should I use it or keep the current set-up? Do the Moroso pans have a part # on them somewhere? How can I be sure wich pan i have?(capacity)..this is what it looks like....I can take some pics of it if you need, but it looks like this one.

What headers are you going to run..that pan may be in the way.AFAIK Moroso pans have no part number on them..it's been awhile since looking at mine.I would recommend a pan like the #20180..it is 7 quarts with filter..I have had this one for four years now with no problems..even fits my SLP 1.75" and Y pipe.I usually run it a quart low..6 total to try and help reduce windage in the pan.
