My 85 Z28 with a 383 stroker is in need of an intake and I want the Linginfelter intake for it but am having some difficulty finding out where I can get one. Any help?

lol, just kidding... I've never heard of Lingenfelter making intakes actually, lol, so I'm a little behind in this topic
Linginfelter doesn't actually make the intakes, they are Accel intakes.
While on the subject, does anyone know where to get a good price on a high flow TPI intake? IE: Accel, TPIS, but not Edelbrock.
I tried ordering from TPIS but they were out of stock, and were having foundry problems and they won't contact you to tell you about the delays, you have to call them to find out you aren't going to get the manifold you just ordered. Bad customer service.

I suspect that what you want is a SuperRam.
Lingenfelter did alot of the R&D work on it, and sells it, but it's an Accel product. If you want to pay extra for the big name, look at www.lingenfelter.com; otherwise, check www.mrgasket.com
I don't know if Accel still sells it or not, I think they do but I don't really know. That has to be the single most difficult thing to work on that I have ever seen in person on top of a SBC. Supposedly it can be made to run good, but what a PITA. It's the perfect thing for somebody like yerbasic stereotype Vette owner that wouldn't know a wrench from a compression tester that is willing to spend lots of money paying somebody else to deal with it. I sure wouldn't put it on my own car.
