Transmission: all steel t700r4,1300 stall yahooooooooooo
vortec spark plugs

what spark plugs do i use in these heads ,,,,,on a 400ci sbc with a 750 vacx holley and a 2116 edelbrock,,,,,,i notice the spark plugsare longer than normal sbc,s,,i do prefure ngk or bosche,,,,but champion part numbers will do for a cross reference,,please asap ,,i am 12000 miles away

Just go to a parts counter and ask them for spark plugs for any late model truck with a 350, knowing for sure that it has vortecs ofcourse. Like 96-2000

i tried a few today,,these places are run by kids,,,when i mention 350 chev truck 1996and up there eyes roll back in their heads like the are on Lsd,,,they have no idea,,what a 69 camaro looks like ,,let alone a 1996 truck,,these dudes are into 4 cyl **** burners,,sorry

ask for vortec truck sparkplugs and youll get very $$$$ platinum ones :-)...... I cant remem the number for sure i run on mine, but any GM Peformance parts catalog has the plug specs listed with the engines and they are several vortec headed ones available so thats a great starting point...

Also do a "search" and we wouldnt be here right now :-)

U will find the correct plug numbers for vortecs heads there too
