worth it to gasket match the intake manifold??

ok so this sucker is aluminum, i dunno if i feel comfry griding aluminum, i think itll crack easy...i have a single cut carbid tip that might do the trick....even though i dont htink its made for aluminum. i have single double and tripple cut carbid tips... yet no aluminum ones. just wanting to know if it was worth the effort to gasket match them ..seeing how i gasket matched the heads... is it worth the 2 hours itll take to do the manifold????

i don't know to much about it yet, i've just started porting my plenum and trottle body. you can find alot of info by using the search on this site or on google, i'll find way more then you would ever even consider reading.. as for grinding, i find the little brown grinding disks that came with my dremel tool almost perfect for grinding the metal. but i'd just try out a few things and see what works best for you
