Loose Rocker Arm Valve Nuts

Hi,

Does anyone have any ideas why all the nuts on my rocker arms would be loose under the valve cover? 89 camaro Iroc, 305 Auto TPI.

Is this something I should have adjusted with a pro valve adjustment or is this a symptom for another problem?

Thanks,
Layne

Or, simply get 16 regular nuts at the parts store, and use them as jam nuts over the stock ones. 3/8"-24 (SAE fine thread)
