It has to do woth the caliper setup...on the rears as I recall...sorry, don't know what it stands for, must be some acronym/abbreviation for Rear and Brakes.

Yeap it's a company in Australia. In fact it right on the calipers; "PBR" & "Australia".
My Vette has PBR calipers on all four, stock.
