Everyone with a 92 RS inside please.

Do you have a "RS, 25th anniversary" dash emblem? If so, is your car a heritage edition, or a normal RS?

Do you have Z28 Grid taillights, or the old-style non-grid lights?

I really need to know.

Mods: This isn't tech, but I need the answers for the thirdgen.org tech database, so please keep this active.

Okay, same as above, little note 90(?) through 92 all had the gridded tail lights. RS's came with the black grill unless you got fog lights. In 1992 all Camaro's came with 25 ann. badge weather it was the heritage package or not. On the Z's they all came with the hirise rear wing but only the H.P. came with badge on the rear deck lid. If you are looking to make your car into one, check out Year One, they have everything you need.

In additions to Spyder's comments, all '92 RS's with the heritage package got blackout headlight pockets and a body colored grill.

Really? I was siteing that out of the, "Camaro White Book" which is more or less what GM has said. So was it a for sure thing later in development?

My answer is the only way to explain the non-grid lights in the brochure.

yeah i think all 91-92's came with grid lights. if somebody has otherwise, they probably broke the original grid and replaced it with the older style....think about it, i never see grid style lights at the junkyard.
