It varies from place to place, and what else you're having done at the same time... expect $120-175.
Specify that it be done with a torque plate, so that the block gets bored with the same distortions that bolting on a set of heads would create.

8 dollars a hole around here, plus 40 to clean the block, 15 or so for freeze plugs and 25 for cam bearings

I'd also recommend ensureing that the same type of head fasteners you're going to use are also used during the boring/hining process. Any machine shop worth it's honing fluid will do this, but you gotta be sure.
Studs distort the block in a different manner than do bolts. Although the difference is slight, it can make a difference in ring sealing.
