Valve Stem Seals, older heads

I bought a set of heads from a local guy around here. The casting number says they're made somewhere betwen '69-'76. I don't know what valve stem seals to get. I don't want to have to do any machining to make valve stem seals fit, so I'm thinking to just put the umbrella seals on. I don't know what size to get. When I got the heads, they only had the little rubber o-ring on them, no valve stem seals though.

I hear the positive seal valve stem seals require machining on the valve guides to install, so those aren't really an option. Thanks for any input.

If you don't want to machine, then the umbrella seals are probably your only option. There's only one part # for a set of them that I know of. They fit 11/32" valve stems, and guides up to about .600" OD.
