1pc rear main seal... Teflon or rubber?

looking around, i have a choice of two felpro rear main seals...

Fel Pro BS40626 -- Teflon..

or

Fel Pro BS40520 -- Rubber. i found a pic of this one online, its attached below.

so whats the diff between the two, and what would i want? while i have the trans off, i figure NOW is the time to replace the seal on my motor... before it ruins my new T56 clutch.

i just went to advanceautoparts.com and they redirected me to parts america...

athough when i goto get it, im just going to walk into the parts store.. they SHOULD have it in stock...

i figure, since im swapping to a manual, and im going to have the crank empty anyway, i might as well replace the seal.

I had the same question a couple of months ago and my engine builder said to go with the rubber seal, but I can't rember what the reason was.
