081 Casting flow numbers?

Anyone have the cfm numbers for the stock 081 castings from the 305cid. I'm trying to estimate some power figures and make some dicisions on parts for the rebuild of this engine. No reason overbuilding for higher rpm if the heads can't deliver the flow required at 6000 - 7000 rpm.

The machine shop had the heads and did a multiangle valve job and some bowl work, but they don't have a flow bench. No porting or matching yet because I'm not sure that it would be worth the effort.

Get Vader's templates for these heads and use them as your guide. I believe his runners came out to around 177 cc, and flow immensely better than the stock numbers. Somewhere around Vortec numbers. Whether that is good for 6000 or 7000 rpm I don't know.
