Bar's Stop Leak might plug up a pinhole leak. I've never used it before, but that is what it is designed to do.

You might think I'm crazy....but try putting one or two teaspoons of black pepper in the radiator. I had an argument with a buddy years ago about it, but sure enough....it worked

OOOOOOOHHHHHHH YEEEEEAAAAAHH!!!! The old pepper trick. Hahaha. J/K. But seriously, I didn't think that it would work and I tried it and was shocked to see that it stopped the leak. Remember though, this is only a temporary fix until you can get the radiator really fixed or replaced.

take the radiator out, clean the hole with sand paper, wire brush, or anything that might work, flux it and solder it with 50/50 solid core solder. if you can't do that take it to a shop and pay someone to do it

Yea, the pepper trick is really cool, at least until you get it flushed. If you don't wanna pull it and solder it, use some JB Weld (clean it REALLY good first). If you do it while the radiator is slightly warm, it will pull it in through the hole a little as it cools down, and will NEVER let go!

Wouldn't the shell be tough to get past the water pump?
