Water spits out muffler when I startup?

I think its water anyway. The car has bee running real rich and it has a bad idling problem. A few times I've started the car I notice black and clear liquid splattered on the cement behind the car and I felt inside the exhaust tips and sure enough they are wet. The car has bee sitting for about 6 months in a garage and I used the fuel treatment called STABLE and have drivin about 150mi with it acting like this. I have been hearing a vibration from the exhaust and my muffler guy checked it out and said "because its been running so rich youve broke the catylitic converter" He said I'm licky I didnt melt it. What cold the problem be?

I dont think I would worry too much my 91 Z28 dose the same thing when it sits and has time for moisture to build up inside exaust

it's not excessive is it??

Yeah, it's completely normal. Water is a byproduct of combustion, and when the exhaust system is cool the water vapor will tend to condense on the tubing, then run out the back. Once everything is warm the water stays as vapor through the exhaust.

Running rich agravates the water production in the exhaust.
