Heat pouring into cab, whats going on?

I've owned the car for going on seven years and finally..finally started to rebuild the car up. I've had this problem the whole time and finally have the means to really break down and fix it.
My problem is heat..its just pouring into the cab from the heating vents. The heater is off and its pushed to the cool side of the heat adjuster but still the heat comes. The heat doesnt pour out as if its set on the high fan setting but it does come pretty strong the more you drive it, damn annoying.
What do you guys think? Something wrong with the heater or maybe a hole in the fire wall? Something?

I would guess that you need to adjust the cable for the temperature air door on the heat/AC ducts.

Under the pass side of dash there is the lower panel. (The one you have to take out to drop the ECM). I believe it is under this panel. There should be a cable running from the controls to the blower motor/heater blend door. I am not totally sure, because one of my techs fixed mine for me. And those guys like to keep all their secrects to maintain job security

Mine was stuck on heat, so my A/C wasn't workin. All he did was go under there and like adjust or tighten a clip that held it in place. Once you are under there, I bet you'll be able to figure it out.
Good Luck, and keep me posted.
