Rocker Arm Clearance, Need Tall Valve Covers?

Im in the midst of building an early 350 for my 91' TA. I am gonna be using 1.6 rocker arm and was wonder if I will need to use tall style valve covers. Im trying to stay away from them if possible to keep clearence issues with the EGR and Alt. to a minimun.
Are there any 1.6 rockers arms that will fit under say, the edelbrock elite low profile valve covers. I searched around and saw that maby the comp cams magnum roller rocker might fit under stock height...

The Magnum roller-tip rockers will fit under any stock-height valve covers. They are not roller rockers.

The ratio does not matter.

Any rockers that use PolyLocks, including roller ones, will not fit. The PolyLocks are too tall. Again, ratio does not matter.

Well, I think there two lengths of PolyLocks. Long & short.

Yup.... the long ones are for stud girdles.

Neither one fits well under most stock-height valve covers.

So, is there a taller centerbolt valve cover available with all the factory holes for PCV, oil fill, etc ?

I am running 1.6 crane roller rockers with vortec heads and a HOT cam-all under stock valve covers without any clearance issues. I used clay on top of the rocker during assembly to verify and there was more than .125" clearance. If you try it check clearances before you run it. I have about 10,000 miles on this combo w/o problem. And it looks SO stock. They do make tall centerbolt covers-check ebay.
