Help! Motor running rich!

I converted a TPI L98 to a Ramjet intake set-up, and placed it in an S-10. The problem is that the motor seems to run rich no matter what I do. I am down to 19 lb injectors and datamaster still shows 1.5ms pulse widths. The LTerm and STerm both show to be way rich and the motor is puffing smoke when I first nail the gas.

To convert the intakes, I had to convert to a newer MAP sensor that mounts on the RamJet intake. I also had to get rid of the EGR.

Do you think either of these could be causing the motor to run rich? What other things should I look for?

How can I lean it out, without burning a prom?

Thanks.
