What doesnt come on? The lights outside the car, or on the dash? both?

Could be as simple as a blown fuse, and probably is.

Try replacing your signal flasher! But first, confirm that all bulb's are working. Your car's system is designed to warn you that either
1, indicator will not blink if a bulb is blown. 2, indicator's will not blink in either direction if flasher is worn out.

Bad bulb/bulbs or wrong bulb plugged in somewhere. Bulbs for turn signals are dual element, make sure that what you have in there.
