indicator problem!

Car: cleanest '86 sport coupe around!!
Engine: 355ci twin 66mm turbos on e85
Transmission: built rmvb th400 w/ t-brake
Axle/Gears: 3.23
indicator problem!
Whenever I turn on my indicator for either a left or right turn, it just stays on but do not blink, what could be the problem and how would I fix it? thanks guys

What doesnt come on? The lights outside the car, or on the dash? both?
Could be as simple as a blown fuse, and probably is.

both lights on the dash come on also the outside ones, its just that they all stay lit without blinking.

Try replacing your signal flasher! But first, confirm that all bulb's are working. Your car's system is designed to warn you that either
1, indicator will not blink if a bulb is blown. 2, indicator's will not blink in either direction if flasher is worn out.

Bad bulb/bulbs or wrong bulb plugged in somewhere. Bulbs for turn signals are dual element, make sure that what you have in there.
