Vader Please Help

1989 GTA 5.7 TPi MSD 6AL

Went to go for a drive this morning and crank but no start! Checked for spark--no spark---....checked for codes....no codes.........replaced IGN Module with extra one I had....still no spark........checked wiring for MSD all looked good, but I completely removed it and restored the wiring back to its original state.....all fuses are good.....all wires by the coil (both white and red) all have power....still no spark please help me before I go insane....its probably something so simple I'm missing it completely.....all help is greatly appreciated.

PS also replaced cap and rotor.

Also Have Power at ESC Mod in PNK/BLK wire

Well, I'd begin by pulling and testing... oh wait, I'm not wearing a pop can as a helmet or speaking in a really deep voice and towering over people. I guess you didn't want my advice either. Sorry 'bout that, carry on.

He's a newbie, lighten up.

Do a search on crank no start, I'm sure you'll find a ton of suggestions.

The reason I asked specifically for vader is because his replies are chock full of well explained information. as I have seen in preovious posts. Wasnt trying to insult anyone, just trying to get some good info, sorry guys. So on that note anyone have some helpful ideas for me??

Vader usually does not answer a post that asks for him by name. I think he would prefer a PM.

Wow, you guys are hard-core!

I think he realizes by now he screwed up by asking for one individual on the board to help him.

Just PM Vader as mentioned above, if I had an answer I'd help, but I don't.

Unfortunately one of my worst things on a car is electrical. I suck at it.

But just from what you said, if all looks good with the battery and ignition and all then I would check you grounds maybe. Just remember I stink at electrical.

did you test for spark with a timing gun? Or are you just assuming that no start = no spark? It can also be no fuel... what is your fuel pressure...?

So you're saying the rest of us give replies that are completely empty of unexplained mis-information?

Possibly bad pickup coil ( Check resistance with Ohm Meter ) or a bad coil. Those would be my next things to check.
