Need help fast!!

I hope this is the right board for this... just now I went out to the car and it started fine, I took off and got down to the coffee shop and the car started running really rough. It almost sounds like I blew a exhaust manifold gasket, it kinda sounds like an Apache helicopter! The whole way back home I had to keep it above 1000 RPM's otherwise it would just chug and want to stall. What would possibly be the cause? I have basically a whole new distributer, plugs, wires, coil...etc etc. Any help is greatly apreciated.

uhm... what's your oil pressure? I'm hoping that your car isnt knocking like crazy causing your helicopter sound...lol...

It sounds like you have a open loop problem. When the car is cold it didnt have this problem, then when it warmed up it started. Unplug your O2 sensor when it starts doing it again and see if that makes it run better. If it does then that means that one of your sensor is bad.

Unplugging the O2 sensor (or any sensor that is used in open loop) will send it back to closed loop. If that is the case then go test your sensors... O2, CTS, etc...

If that isnt the case... check and see if you have a gap between your headers where a gasket used to be lol... unless you're still running the stock manifolds, the manifolds didnt come with gaskets from the factory so thats not a issue.
