steady white smoke/dripping fluid from exhaust

ok, im runnin hooker LTs, with a mufflex y pipe, and i started it up today and watch the exhaust and i noticed steady white smoke, and saw fluid dripping out and tasted it and it had no flavor so i dont think it was gas.
im not runnin antifreeze, do i have a cracked block, head or gasket or similar?
will this hurt my cat?
i also examined my old cat back and it was THOROUGHLY rusted within!!! it was a weird patchy rust....so i may have had this problem for sometime.
thanks for your help!

Time to mix some coolant into your rad. Run the car with the new mix and smell the exhaust... if it smells like coolant then you need to find the engine leak.

Sounds like a blown head gasket allowing coolant (in your case straight water) into the combustion chamber. The white smoke sounds like steam and it's condensating in your exhaust pipe causing it to drip out. That would explain the rust also. Do a compression check and see.

Have you noticed a lowering of the water level lately? Do a compression check and watch the water level. If it goes down after several days, bet you have a blown head gasket or worse.

Do a leakdown test, if possible. Better diag tool than a std compression check. Plus, you'll get a better feel for the overall condition of the valve and ring condition.
