How much Horsepower with these mods?

Transmission: Pro-Street 700-R4 by Pro-built
Axle/Gears: Moser 12 bolt w/posi
How much Horsepower with these mods?
I want to know about how much horsepower at the flywheel that i can expect with the following mods.
-ZZ4 Shortblock
-Trick Flow Heads 195cc intake ports CNC, milled down to 58 cc Chambers for 10:1 compression.
-Lingenfelter/Accel SuperRam intake Set-up
-Twin 58mm TB
-30# injectors
-LPE 219 cam with 1.6 roller rockers. for 219 duration and .560 lift
-50 psi fuel regulator
-Hooker headers
-Underdrive pulleys
-Thermomaster Chip plus low temp stat

Axle/Gears: 3.70 Nine Bolt
Depending on the details on how well the engine was assembled and you have a good exhaust and intake track I would estimate at least 400HP. I know people here locally who are running in the mid 12's with basically the same set up. Allen

Do you not think that the hypertech chip, low temp thermostat, fan switch, and high pressure adjustable fuel regulator will be enough, or do i need a custom chip?

Do you know any one or any place that could custom burn a chip, or would i have to burn it myself and use trial and error.

I have a friend here in Bowling Green, but thats about it. Total Engine Airflow in Akron Ohio might be able to.
