Amrish,
If you're only removing the plenum (not the runners) there are only four bolts on the throttle body, three bolts for the cable bracket, and four runner bolts on each side.
Whatever you do, use a good quality Torx bit or you may damage the bolt recesses. Clean the bolts and apply anti sieze compound when you reassemble.
As long as you are removing the plenum to polish it, you might as well do some porting while it's off. Check this article:
Plenum Porting.pdf
You'll need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view or print the file (See link below).

thx alot man, and one more thing, if i take this off, are there any special precautions to take or will there be gas that will spew out or any type of liquid???
See, the thing is my dad dont wont me to "ruin the engine" (he dont know S*** about cars) so he wont let me polish and port the plenum. So iwant to prove him wrong. If someone wants to be really nice and take their time writing detailed instructions.. I grately thank anyone who does this and tells me any types pf problems that can occyr just taking off and putting back on the plenum.
If i unbolt it and bolt it back on, there shouldnt be any problems right??

Armish,
Fuel doesn't flow to the plenum. Just make sure you go easy on those torx bolts and dont drop anything down into the engine :-).
Dont try to polish the distributor cover all the way in the back - it's plastic. Corvettes had a stock aluminum cover..so you should be able to find one anjd polish it. That way your plenum and cover will both match.

And more Civic's then I can count. Why do they even bother?

I was reading a guideon doing this and i have no idea what tools to buy. Are there three different buffers, and three different compounds to use, and different sandpapers??
I need an experienced person to tell me what exactly to buy by the names of the products including compounds and buffers and sandpaper sizes.

I can't help you on the polishing part, but if the car is stock coolant will come out of the bottom of the throttle body when you disconenct the hose connecting it to the heater valve and intake manifold. This can easily be remedied(bypassed) for next time with a hose about a foot long with a 90 degree bend in it.
Amrish,
You can remove the throttle body bolts and set the TB aside with the coolant lines still connected to prevent any coolant loss and the resultant mess.
For directions on polishing aluminum, check The Third Degree:

MikeInAZ maintains that site and has done extensive polishing of his engine components.
I'd need sunglasses just to open his hood at midnight....
Also, I can't stress enough the importance of the use of anti seize compound on any fasteners that will be threaded into aluminum on your engine.

Incidentally, regardless of what your dad does or doesn't know, he's right that it is possible to create problems for yourself if you're not careful and thorough. Reinstalling the plenum may require you to loosen the runners to allow the plenum to align properly. Just be prepared incase it doesn't seem to just fall back into place. You should also realize that you'll likely need to reset the TPS sensor and minimum air position of the throttles when you reassemble the plenum.
And while the plenum is off, it would be a good time to loosen the distributor clamp bolt and apply some anti seize compound to it as well. The bolt is tough to access when everything is in place, and you'll need all the advantages you can get when you set the timing.
Also, since the plenum is off, you might want to clean the EGR ports if the engine has over 50,000 miles.
Just clean everything thoroughly, including fasteners, align everything carefully, and torque the fasteners to specs, and the project should go smoothly.
