What is this fluid check?

Can somone please help me out, I was looking over my car today and I found a fluid check that I have never seen before. It is to the left of the AC compresser, under the throttle body, the cap does not say what it is, or what kind/type of fluid to put in it. can someone please let me know what the heck this is!!! Here is a pick to help a little.....

Thank you very much, what kind of power steering fluid am I suppost to use for my 85 305 TPI trans am? The level on the dipstick looks a little low.

I don't think they even make more than one kind of power steering fluid.

Axle/Gears: 327:1 9 bolt
They make three differnt types of PS fluid, DOT3, DOT4, and Honda/Acura. You need DOT3.

Ummm, DON'T put brake fluid (dot3, dot4, etc) into your power steering system. Don't put automatic transmission fluid in your GM power steering fluid. Use Power Steering Fluid power steering fluid.. heh.

They do make power steering fluid that is special for hondas; some Toyotas use Dexron III.
