Can anyone ID this valve seal?
Anyone know what style valve seal this is?

From the tiny sliver of white, maybe teflon, or teflon sleeved. Can't say for sure without taking the spring off though.

If you're going to replace them, it doesn't matter that they're teflon. Just get replacements the same size made out of whatever material you prefer.

what i mean is i know some different kind of seals require machine work on the heads, is this true of teflon seals? or does it vary? I don't want to do more machine work, i just want to replace the seals, so i'm trying to figure out which ones I can just plug and play

Teflon is just what it's made out of. There are rubber seals that need machining too. Chances are that it's already been machined, but you'll still have to take it off and measure the valve guides to see if it has, and to what dimensions.

I thought maybe all teflon seals were the same size. I'm going to take a spring off tomorrow, I'll do some measurement then and snap some pictures.
