I use sealer on all of them, but that's just me. Make sure you RTV around the coolant ports on both sides of the new intake gaskets

Maybe according to Edlebrock, but why would a stock base seep through just about any/all the holes?
Issue to seal isn't with the intake holes, but with how your heads are manufactured and where the bolts go to.
Seal'em all.

Were talking about runner bolts here. Not intake bolt. You need to seal ONE RUNNER bolt, which is the one I mentioned above.

Hmmn...original poster says "so I have an Edelbrck TPI Base"...where did runner's come into it.?
If so, must be an Edelbrock thing, definitely..I can't count the number of GM and Aftermarket TPI runners I've put on, all without any sealer at all.

Well I always seal the base, but that one hole leaks antifreeze when I take it out the driver side runner. It even mentiones it in the directions that come with the manifold. Now, my manifold is about 4 years old so their may be a new casting now or something that solves this problem.
