Which way does this part in the Throttle Body go

OK i had my TB off when i did a Plenum port, and i cleaned and Throttle Body real good, but i didnt take notice in what way the one part is supposed to go.The part im talking about is Under the TPI cover on the Throttle Body, and this part is also held in place by the other end of the Airfoil screw. The piece im talking about looks like its shaped like half a moon.Heres a link to the pics of the part im talking about...

Now can anyone tell me which way the lil piece is supposed to go?

um it would make sense that it would fit the way it is most contoured to fit in. AKA the third from the left.
