It should be on the passenger side, right below the distributor. It can be tough to get at.

Took an extra wrench (forget the mm size) and used a handheld propane torch to bend it to fit (2 guys to do this). Make the bend closer to the box end side. Use the box end around the bolt, open end to hold another wrench you use for leverage. Works great.

The bolt should be 9/16.

Hey can you twist the distributor while the car is running?

Go to an auto parts store and get yourself a distributor wrench. I like the ones that break down in the middle and allow you to use a rachet with one half of it for some extra leverage, and they have a bend end with a little step that goes right under the distributor and over the valve cover other stuff next to it...

i get to mine with a normal 14mm box wrench. but i had to move my EGR control solenoid to do so (takes about 30 seconds if your slow). it may be different on a TBI car though, never worked on one my self.

they also sell bent necked box wrenches if you cant find the distributor wrench, it would get in there no problem.

You can get a distributor wrench from Sears that has all the necessary bends. It also has a good size handle that gives great leverage. It's only $10
