No Start Problem.. Mabey Fuseable links?

Hey Everyone,
My car is acting rather strange. The car was running fine yesterday. I turned it off for 2 minutes to open a gate and then when I tried to start it again, nothing. No gauge lights, no warning tone, no start, etc. However, I did hear a click/snap sound the first time I turned the key. Immediately I was thinking fuseable links. So I put a tarp over it (windows were down) and decided to look at it tomorrow(today).

Today I tried to turn the headlights on to make sure it was a fuseable link. The headlights didnt turn on, which confused me because I thought that they were on seperate fuseable links. I waited a couple minutes and tried to turn the lights on again... This time they turned on! And now the ignition works again too! The problem fixed itself. I am worried about driving it because it may die on me again. Any ideas what would cause a problem like this? Is there another fuseable link that controls everything. It has also been very damp & rainy here. I am wondering if the moisture has something to do with it.

I would start testing those wires with a multimeter if I were you.
