what are the sizes of the studs or bolts, that go in the front 2 holes of the oil pan to block, the machine shop lost my studs that were in there. and the other oil pan bolts do not fit.

That would be incorrect.
They are 5/16"-18. Those 2, and the 2 rear ones, are that size. All the others are 1/4"-20.
