Longer valves.
I need to get some 2.02 and 1.60 valves that are + .150" anyone know of a place that i can order them from?
Conversely, .100 can be made to act like a .150 with a seat grinder. You've got lots of options. What total valve length do you need? Don't get hung up on Chevy valves alone. Buick, Pontiac, and some SBF valves work in SBC heads rather well, and offer some varied lengths.

5.050" The guy working on assembling my heads said he can order them, but wants something outrageous for them. Summit and Jegs only sell +.100 and +.200.

The lock would have to be in a different place too. This wouldnt work. I'm trying to get my springs installed at the required height.

Get +.200 valves and put shims under the springs to achieve the proper installed height. You're probably going to need custom length pushrods also after the longer valves are installed. Use a checker to find the proper pushrod length required.

I'm using the new comp cams beehive springs. I really didnt want to use shims but it looks like i'm going to have to.

Nothing wrong with using shims. The springs are designed for a specific installed height. It doesn't matter what you do to achieve that measurement.
If there were irregularities in the machine work on the spring pocket or the valve grind, spring shims are needed to bring everything back into spec anyway.
Shims are also used for locators. They can keep the spring centered in the pocket. Even under compression, the spring can still move around in the spring pocket.
