Ok i piecing together a motor here...
This is going into a car i originally bought for parts but im going to strip it right down and throw in my 350/th-350/4.10 combo in it and have a little fun on the streets.
This is a very low budget build as im planning on doing up my other 84 nicely.
I think i should spend a few bucks on a cam though...
New 4bolt 350 w/ -10cc pistons
Some unknown 305 heads, 58cc
edlelbrock cam and induction
Works out to about 10:1 Cr
Think itll run half decent or go kaboom?

Shuldn't blow up. Should be a perfect beater.
Sweeet jeeeezus man! My gf still makes fun of me for keeping my summer rims/tires and a toolbox in the bedroom back when I was renting an aparment. That was over 10 years ago. I don't think I could ever live down an engine. Don't forget those jeans there by the flywheel when you do laundry!

I envy you. I want a motor in my bedroom. My wife would have a fit. I think it would be cool to get a tempered glass top and make an end table out of one.

Well i have a good excuse for having it inside
I dont have a shop right now so if i leave it outside the moisture will rust it all to hell and i would have to buy another, wouldnt want me to buy another motor now would you?
I like the table idea, maybe ill try something like that with the old 305. wont have to worry about the table being unstable!
