OK so i know where the leak is coming from but im out of ideas on how to fix it. Its coming from the vavle cover breather. it seems loose but i dunno how... it smokes form that side and it has oil spray over all over the place. how do i fix this?

Check your PCV.

Take the valve cover off, make sure the oil return passages on the head arent clogged with carbon. Inspect the rods/rockers for abnormalities and put a new valve cover gasket on. Smoke is just from oil burning off your manifolds.

its on the other valve cover not pcv... i already fixed that side. could it be because of the grommet as gone bad? i remeber way back when it was harder to get the breather in and out of the hole

If it's blowing smoke from the breather, you probably have excessive crankcase pressure. This could be from a plugged PCV system, or excessive blowby or something.

The PCV valve is new, but does it have any vacuum on it?

If there is that much pressure, the PVC should still release the pressure. If you got that much crank case pressure to build up pressure and blow out your seals, you need to look into the real problem.
