Dying starter relay?
Every now and then when I drive my car short distances, it wont start back up. The battery is fine, but when I go to start I dont hear a click. Now if I get out of the car and manually turn the motor over a little using my hands on the ac pulley, itll fire right up. I used to hear a clicking/vibrating noise coming from the fuse box if I turned the key slowly between power and start. Could this mean my relay is about shot? Why would turning the motor help?

Almost sounds like the case of weak, crappy, direct drive starters is beginning to catching up to you. Try looking into (searching) that phenomenon they like to call "heat soak." See if any of the other posts look anything like your situation.
