Car won't start the first time..

It will only start the second time. And when it does, it starts very slowly. I replaced all of my ignition components, my battery is brand new, alternator is also. Fuel Delivery? What do you guys think?

Car runs PERFECT after the car starts... :/

Not sure about your engine, but if you have an oil pressure switch and your fuel pump relay is bad, the computer needs to see oil pressure from the switch in order to start running the fuel pump. If you can hear the pump run as soon as you turn the key on, that's not your problem. If you can't hear it, you will have extended crank time or several attempts before it will start but once it does, it will run good. My 88 TBI has the switch and I had your problem untill I replaced the relay.

If the relay is disconnected, you will have to crank the engine enough to build about 5-7 lbs oil pressure for the pump to run.

yeahh man. thats what I thought, maybe my timing is too advanced. But it's only on 8*. Its advanced only by 2 increments because under my hood it says it should be at 6*. Would advancing the system by 2 increments cause that problem? hmm I don't believe so. And it's not that the starter would lag. I would start the car and it would rumble like if It had a huge cam. Then after about 2-3 seconds the rpms would finally sit where they are supposed to and the car would run and sound fine. And sometimes, the car would make the "big cam" noise and shut off completley. Then I would have to turn the key 3-4 times to get the car running. Feul pump relay???? I'm lost
