L03 problems
Ok i have a 92 L03 with 150xxx miles on it and when i press the gas it doesnt want to accelerate like it should. It has no power at all not even the power of a 4 cylinder more like 2 cylinders i have put a plethora of new parts on it but at this point i am just stuck at what this new problem could be caused by
It kinda sounds like its not geting enough fuel. I checked the injectors they have the right voltage and the ECM and all the sensors are brand new so its probably not elecronicly related. But the thing that stumps me is the car is still drinking up gas, maybe its lack of spark? Idk. Any suggestions would be appriciated.

Does this sound like a fuel pump issue? Im really hoping its not because im not looking forward to removing the gas tank.
Check your base ignition timing using the correct factory procedure. Also, the timing tab on these motors is not easy to find if you've never gone looking for it before- look straight down behind the water pump.
Retarded timing will definitely make the motor run badly and most people do not know the right way to set base timing on these cars. And if you left the distributor loose it could have retarded itself while the motor was running. Always lock it down after you set it.
A weak fuel pump problem generally won't crop up at idle or modest throttle- it'll usually fall on it's nose when you are at WOT in the upper RPMs.

i changed the fuel filter its brand new with like 50 miles on it i also changed the timing to about 4* and yes it does this in every gear idk what the base timing is supposed to be but the electronic advance should take it over anyway right?
----------
also it has a catback on it and it just sounds horrible there is no deep sound to it more like a popping sound but its not backfiring or missing it just dont sound right

The stock setting is 0* (and 4* advanced is perfectly acceptable as well, in my experience) but you need to remove all computer-supplied timing by disconnecting the timing wire BEFORE you shoot it with your timing gun. If you don't, you'll actually have the timing set very retarded from where it should be.
Please forgive if you're already aware of this procedure- I always mention it when talking about setting timing on a computer controlled motor.

Other than the fact you have a 150K on it, that's where I'd start.

Bro, I've been troubleshooting this problem for a year now! I bet that you can't do a burn out now. You can powerbrake it but the highest you can get is 1000 rpms. Try it you'll see what am talking about.
There is a chance of compression issues and it goes down from there.
The cure, really, is a crate motor. Don't even bother with the LO3. I've learned the hardway.
Here are things that made my car drive somewhat respectable again.
Flush the transmission and replace the fluid.
Replaced the sparkpluggs, put in a new distributor with new wires. Changed to a CD ignition (you could prbably skip that.).
The biggest thing that helped was adjusting the TV cable and bumping up the idle screw up quite a bit. If you bump up that screw up about 4 turns I am sure that you will notice improvement.
I've taken this thing to countless shops for inspection. Clogged cat was assumed to be the problem. NOPE.
I hope its just something simple, but it sounds awfully close to what mine did.
Good luck bro.
