Oil leaking out of grommets and dipstick

The car is my dad's 92 Z-28. Oil has been leaking out of his grommets on the driver and passenger sides, and dipstick the past couple of weeks. What causes that to happen? The PCV valve and hose was replaced a couple months ago. Also replaced the hose on the passenger side at the time.

Sounds like the PCV valve or you have some bad blow bye from the rings.

I would double check the hose routing to make sure everything was put back in the right spot.

Did it do this before you replaced the PCV valve? If so I would lean more towered the rings are not sealing like they should.

How many miles are on it? If you take the PCV valve out, when you shake it does it rattle?
