to much flow out
smog time came for my car and it has to much flow out out th pcv valve, and the dip stick its just thowing to much smoke i remove the filler cap and its just a constant flow of smoke,I know its the rings but it their something i can do to make it work to pass smog, i was just getting started on building my new motor so i just need the the car to last about 4-5 months, its runs good its just that my plates are out and i cant legaly drive it

sawdust.....lol j/k dont put that in there my buddy did that to soften a nock for a sale one time and it sold. im not sure what to tell ya try that engine restore stuff if your sure that your rings are shot and thats where the smoke is coming from

I'd suggest trying an intake gasket first.... they often fail around the heat riser ports, which connects the exhaust right straight into the crankcase.

have you done a compression test on the engine? to know the rings are bad?
or are you just guessing because you see some "smoke" in the valve covers

but im just thinking in puting in straight 50 weight and enigine restore or lucas and taking it straight to the smog shop think it will work

i just dont see how that will fix my problem when the rings are bad
The compression test is a good idea. Will tell you right away if you have ring problems.
The way an intake gasket will cause that, is because they can (and quite often do!!!) fail such that they create a DIRECT CONNECTION between the exhaust and the crankcase. Which pretty much describes your situation.
No, I don't think that the thick oil and additives will help, no matter what the cause of the symptom is.
