stock drive belt size?

Whats the stock drive belt size on my '88 Trans Am? It has Ac and everything just like from the factory.

98" are you serious?

my irocz with AC, smog and all that was 94.5" or the 5060945 dayco

it it worked well for smog delete with underdrive pulley and stock alternator. now i use a 94.0 " for overdrive alternator pulley

interesting... i dont know if they ahd different setups or not, my 89 has AC on passenger side and alternator on the drivers side of the motor

The accessories are in the exact same place on the 88 as they are on the 89, but the 88's used a longer belt that was routed different. I ran an 88 belt on my 89 for a while and it worked fine, just had to route it differently. Luckily I had an 88 upper fan mount sitting in the garage with that sticker that shows the belt routing.

thats what i figured... cuz my belt is shorter than what they recommend for the 88's
