2 piece RMS Crank in 1 Piece RMS Block?

I am in the process of building my 355 and a friend of mine has a brand new 383 kit that he is selling me for a really good price, but we found out it is a 2 piece RMS crank.
I was looking to see if I could use that crank in my block and I found this part,
http://www.superchevyperformance.com...17&Search.y=13

That part also requires these parts as well,
Note: Use rear seal P/N 10121044, retainer gasket
P/N 12555714, dowel pin P/N 9441003, and
1986 or later oil pan and gasket set.

But I can't find prices for them.

anyone here ever did this kind of RMS conversion?

My block is already bored .030 over, cleaned, and has the cam bearings installed, so I have about $250 already in it.

EDIT: found an older thread that has the Scoggin Dicky part, but still no reviews of either of them,

Re: 2 piece RMS Crank in 1 Piece RMS Block?

I just read a thread a couple of days ago about someone who bought a crate engine and noticed that even thought it was a 1 pc block, it had a 2 piece crank and his flexplate wouldn't line up.

Somoene responded that the 2pc cranks are cheaper and it's more cost effective to use an adapter.

I know it doesn't help a whole heck of a lot, but if you can source the parts, it shouldn't be that expensive, since it's apparently a cost-cutting method for crate engine builders.

Edit: here's the thread
