Transmission: 700 R4
Crusie Control
My car came with a stock cruise control but when I bought the car it did not work. Is there anything I can do to fix it or buy the new components for it.

The first things to check is if you have vacuum at the actuator and if it's cable is connected to the throttle.

Truthfully i looked at it for a day and stopped because it wasnt that important to me because i only would use it once a year if that. But now i am focusing my money on my new toy a 04 f-350 crew cab 8ft bed diesel since i am happy with the iroc. It is show worthy so not much more i can do to it unless i am looking for more power

hey um, i wouldn't trust a cruise control thats over 20 years old. ditch it, buy an after market setup. i had the throttle of death happen to me once, cruise control takes over constantly full throttle. dang. i unhooked it and been ok since, thats lke terminator status. omg machines taking over?
