Should I buy this 91 Z28??

A guy is selling his 91 Z28 with a 350 roller in it thats got 20k miles on the motor. Is got leather, AC, t-tops 3.73 gears, MSD ignition, Edelbrock intake, custom exhaust. great looking body/paint from what I see in photos. He is asking $7000

I've been looking for a 91-92 z28 for a while now with these exact options. What I'm planning on doing is a custom paint job, 383 stroker, and new/built tranny and the 3.73 gears.
Just wondering if its a good idea buying this car with the plans that I have for it or look for something in a little less good condition for less money and start building it myself.

Thanks for any input or deas

Re: Should I buy this 91 Z28??

what would be a good price for that car?
I like the idea of the rollers and 383 together and he already has the gears I want and also a good condition body. I just can't find any 91-92s anywhere for my price range. Also how hard is a automatic/manual swap-- I'll be searching this later

If it's a really clean car with low miles I would say maybe $4-5k. I paid $3500 for mine, but that was six years ago and it dosen't have all of those options.
