How do you install delay cover on wiper motor?

Ok dumb question but i just wont to make sure

besides the 3 screws that bolts the delay circuit/cover on the wiper motor

is there anything else i need to know

im replacing a broken one and i notice theres a half blue/green circle that spins on the board

does it need to be in a certain position before bolting it on?

or is there anything else besides the 3 bolts taht i need to do to correctly install this?
