Why does my car keep shutting off while driving?
So tonight I was driving and took a right hand turn and she shut off. I sat there trying to turn her over for about an hour, no luck. She cranks and cranks but just wont start. This is the third time it's happened on a right hand turn. I don't have a damn clue as to what it could be. She's sitting in a parking lot right now unfortuanatly! Any help?

are your battery connections tight? clean? wires to alt and starter tight, clean? i had this happen to me just not wire making a right turn it was when i hit a bad bump. found out my bolt that held the pos wire on the battery was striped and had striped the battery cause the car to cutt off.. but all i had to do to get it stated was to tighten up the bolt a lil and she would start.. good luck

Thanks Quick,
I replaced the starter and battery two days ago. The previous owner had the same problem that's why he sold me the car. The guy was a disney land mechanic, lol she's pretty ugly. So I had her towed to my house this morning.
She's not getting any fuel into the ports, bone dry! I poured gas into the carb she started right up then took another break. I want to take a wild guess it's the fuel pump. Luckily I don't have to drop anything to get at it. Previous owner hacked an access panel in the trunk... Could there be something else that would cause this problem?
