slight hesitation at idle after warm up

Hey guys! Thanks already for any ideas. I have a 91 camaro z28 with the 305 tpi. It idles perfect when cold, but when it has warmed up there is a slight hesitation every 5 or 6 seconds when idleing at a stop light with the brake pedal applied. I cant find any vacuum leaks. I recently replaced the O2 sensor which cured the rough idle that I was experiencing in the same situation, but there is still a little hesitation left. The car was running rich and throwing code 45 before the sensor change. Thanks again.

I sprayed throttle body cleaner in the throttle body last year, but I dont know if that cleaned it good enough. I heard that sea foam poured into a vacuum hose like the one connected to the brake booster does a good job at cleaning the intake etc.
