Need help!!! car wont stop cutting off

i have a 1989 camaro rs, i'm not completely sure but i believe its either tbi or fi. whenever i'm driving and i have to drive at low speeds(less than 10 mph) or stop my car will cut off. I don't know what the problem is and it's getting really frustrating, does anyone have any ideas?

also if it helps, the car always turns right back on when it cuts off like this.
