You will need to check your engine codes to find out it could be a number of things.

Yep. Check your codes. Most likely though it'll be an O2 sensor code.

Do you still have your IAT sensor connected after your air cleaner swap? (I saw your other thread)
Re: SES light comes on after 10 minutes of driving every time
no the iat is not connected. the root of this problem is from after i seafoamed my car the other day. i threw it in the gas tank and poured some slowly into the throttle body like i have read on here in multiple posts. now im getting codes 13, 23, and 43. i belive they are for 02 sensor reading lean, low temp at manifold air temp sensor, and low voltage at electronic spark timing control. these all came on after seafoaming

Code 13 is the ECM seeing an opening in the oxygen sensor circuit. Common issues for this code are a faulty oxygen sensor or faulty connection.
Code 43 has to deal with the ESC circuit, and deals heavily with the knock sensor and ECM terminal B7.
Clear your codes and run the car to see if these pop back up first. If code 43 reappears there's a test procedure that can be done. Did you have your knock sensor disconnected for any reason or move the wiring to it at all?
Re: SES light comes on after 10 minutes of driving every time
Get your IAT reconnected, that's what's throwing your code 23. With the circuit being open, the ECM is seeing infinite resistance on that circuit and is getting a reading of the air temperature being -40°F.

no the knock sensor was not disconnected. i think it was doing this before seafoaming it. what can i do about this. hearing the words engine knock scares me, im hoping im not screwed.

A knock sensor is designed to detect spark knock (detonation/pinging) and retard engine timing until the knock is gone. That's completely different from a bottom end knock.
Clear your codes and watch for code 43 to pop back up.

Spark knock will eventually destroy your engine so check your wiring to the knock sensor if its OK replace your knock sensor.
