Re: HELP! i broke it
Take a very small sharp chisel, and strike a small slot in the broken end. use a small screwdriver to try and back it out. If that doesnt work, you will have to drill a small hole in it, and use an easy out. Dont try and put the easy out in a screwgun to back it out..use a tap wrench or something similar. Worst cas is youll have to redrill the whole thing. If you do, grab a 13/64 drill bit, and after you have smaller center hole drill you can use the 13/64 to drill out the broken bolt. All you then have to do is perhaps retap the thread. It is a 1/4-20 tap....be carefull not to break that or you will doing without that last bolt until someone can disintigrate it.

Re: HELP! i broke it
I am pretty darn sure that is a 1/4-20 bolt. You can pick one up at any hardware store. Make sure you get the right length, and dont tighten it up too much again....lol. I fogeot to mention you can also use a small punch to get it out.Place the tip of the punch on the outside diameter of the broken bolt, and lightly tap it counterclockwise. Be careful not to fold over any material from the head, and close it up around the broken bolt. it shouldnt be that tight , and should come out pretty easy.

Re: HELP! i broke it
I thought you would have already done that. Yes that should leave you with about 3/16 of bolt sticking up.

Re: HELP! i broke it
if you still cant get it, drill a small hole in the bolt and use a screw extractor. or just use a left handed drill bit. make sure you put a rag in the head to keep chips out of the engine.
