Need some help identifiying a cam

I ran the numbers on the block and it is a zz4 crate engine, not too sure if the cam is the one that came with it or not. the only numbers i can find on the cam are as follows:
1264
2 02
7192

f 5

Ive searched high and low and cant find anything about it. Any help is appreciated. I can get a pic up later probably if someone thinks itll help

Re: Need some help identifiying a cam

Your best place to start is to either reverse-degree the cam, or set up ad dial indicator to determine the lift. Lobe lift times 1.5 equals advertised lift. the ZZ4 cam specs as 0.474/0.510" valve lift, 208/221 duration at 0.050", 112 degree lobe separation angle, 109 degree intake center line with a new, not-stretched chain, and that puts the intake opening at 5 degrees after top center, at 0.050" lobe lift. The intake closing then becomes 33 degrees after bottom center.
